The AppSumo lifetime deal does not include Enterprise-level features. In particular, app usage tracking, URL/website tracking, and Insights are not available under the AppSumo plan.
However, features such as automatic time tracking, idle time tracking, screenshot capture, task management and Reports are accessible with this deal.
