Q: Does your app detect mouse jigglers?

A few questions:
1) how do you detect mouse jugglers?
2) do you use Ai to help improve things like analyzing if anything is changing on screen or if just the mouse is moving... Or detecting if there is just repetitive scrolling up or down... Ai can help audit. Is this included?
3) can we have like 5 devices per user? For example I have a desktop at home and my office, I have a laptop, 2 tablets, and 2 phones. Can I log into it on all my devices and track my hours as just one user? Clearly I am not logging 2 hours of work just because I have 4 devices running at one time. But I may not be on computer doing the work all day.

A: Thank you for your questions!

1. Desklog time tracking detect mouse jugglers by identifying similar mouse patterns that mimic robotic movements. Any detected time will be considered idle time in the timeline. Currently, we do not utilize AI for this purpose, but we are planning to implement AI features in the near future.

2. Regarding your final question, Desklog App tracking operates based on activity from one system at a time. If you log into another computer using the same credentials, the previous session will automatically log out. This allows Desklog to track your work accurately across different systems. You can use your credentials to log in from anywhere, whether it's your office desktop, home computer, laptop.
