Does your software allow team members to submit invoices to the organization? Does it support different pay rates per team member?

Aug 13, 2024A: Yes, Desklog, in collaboration with AppSumo, includes a "Billing and Invoice" feature in the dashboard. As an admin, you can create projects, assign tasks to team members ( project members), and generate invoices based on the hours worked on those tasks.
Invoices can be billed using different methods:
1. Flat Rate: A fixed overall rate for the entire project.
2. Hourly Rate: Charges based on the total hours worked on the project.
3. User Hourly Rate: Charges calculated according to the hourly rates of individual users.
Please note that while the admin has the authority to create and manage invoices, employees do not have the capability to submit invoices directly. Team members are responsible for completing their assigned tasks, and the admin will handle invoicing, and deciding the billing per task within each project.
Admin can also allow the manager role user to create and manage billing in the role settings.
So the answer to my question is no, then?
I wasn't asking if we can issue invoices to customers. Read my question carefully.
I was looking for a replacement to Hubstaff which allows my staff to track time and invoice MY company. From your response, I guess this is not a good fit for your software.
It appears that Desklog may not fully meet your requirements for a solution where staff can track time and invoice your company, as employees cannot submit invoices directly.
