Well done to Vivek and team on bringing this to Appsumo. We have tried lots of helpdesk solutions and lots of the big names like Intercom . Helpscout etc. but they never quite met the mark because we have multiple products, all ideally requiring their own helpdesk which is very expensive to achieve + updating can be time consuming.

What we have found with Dewstack is:
1. very simple set up
2. no steep learning curve to get using the system
3. easy layout for users ( many of our clients are not tech savvy and so require a simple menu structure and finder to find answers to what they are looking for
4. looks great on mobile
5. support nice and quick ( needed help setting up a Cname but only because I had not read the page properly!)
6. Design is modern and easy on the eye
7. we can embed from other systems such as getguru.com which we use internally and have some pages we share with clients

Sometimes the simple looking tech has had a lot of 'thinking, planning and coding' to make it seem simple - end result, great for us and great for our clients. Keep on building guys .... 5 tacos all round
