Q: Confused.
This says, "Only for new Dezygn users who do not have existing accounts". We merged over from zSuite and thus have a Dezygn account. Does this mean we are not eligible for this? - And, from zSuite to Dezygn we lost our ( arzign ) application and Dezygn support is not answering our request as to how we get arzign back. Thanks in advance for your response.

May 14, 2024A: Hi if you login with your zsuite email to https://my.dezygn.com you will be able to see which products you have access to, and also make a request if any of these are missing for your zSuite purchase. Any products which are no longer supported you can ask a replacement for, again its easier for us to manage it in the helpdesk since we can view your purchase history.
And any products that were released prior to your purchase date you can access. Products released after you will need to purchase, either from the subscription or this AppSumo deal.
Sorry I did not understand your question. Yes you can take advantage of it if you wish. We are working to integrate ARzign into Dezygn as it was in a separate platform. It should be back in the coming days. Thank you for your feedback.
