I already texted the support and Bertrand about 5 times during the last weeks about my Agency upgrade and didn't get any response. Does someone know how to reach them ?

Same here too... No support response for several weeks.
And basically nothing is working as expected, and almost everything is not working at all.
They don't reply i have been trying to get a response for months?!!! They are Scammers!!!!!
This man is a scam artist. He is upselling access to stuff that never materializes, and he doesn't respond to emails or whatsapp messages. You're not alone in not receiving a response.
