I bought Dezygn after buying Youzign years ago, I have thousands of images that I re-use for my business. The youzygn site is dead. It now goes to a 404. The Dezygn site, most links dont work. I tried to get into Youzign that way, as its integral to my work flow. 404 again. Ive lost years worth of brand images. I reached out to the developer by Whattapp. Ignored for weeks. Another dead product to go on my shelf of fails.
I already texted the support and Bertrand about 5 times during the last weeks about my Agency upgrade and didn't get any response. Does someone know how to reach them ?
Hi, the Mockups feature was pretty awesome, but the original mockup capabilities (i.e. shopping bags, cafe mockups, etc) that was there last year seem to be gone. Is that coming back?
When can we expect Image to Video feature? I know that Dezygn has this feature but it's still in Beta stage & not working for me
