Q: Why is youzign different login?
I have registered account, but email confirmation was never sent, and I can't use the app now. I day has passed already.

May 14, 2024A: Hey did you submit a ticket on the HELP tab of https://my.dezygn.com ? if so let me know your username so I can locate you.
To access Youzign you need to select it from the Dezygn dashboard (under Web & Print Visuals) and then click on Access to register your account first.

We do have push notifications for the helpdesk. Just click on "Enable Notifications", its under the Help tab.
