dezygn a dead deal
Dezygn Is Dead, and the Founder Bert Is Still Spamming Deals - Zero Taco rating.
Dezygn was a mess from the start but we liked enough of it to not feel the need to refund it - obviously that was a mistake. Most of the features barely worked or didn’t function at all—but we stuck with it because the main AI image generator actually gave us decent results - mainly using the SD model, and later the painfully slow Dall-E. It was slow, glitchy, and unreliable at times, but the output was good enough that we kept using it despite everything else being broken - talk about ignoring RED flags.
Around late February to early March 2025, we were completely locked out of the platform. No access, no ability to reset passwords, and the login page just timed out.
Support had already gone silent long before that - infact their support pages went offline weeks after the initial appsumo deal — with no replies to emails, no responses to tickets, nothing.
Some of the extra AI image tools and features started failing weeks after the appsumo deal and never came back online - never worked again, but the main AI image generator limped along for a while—on and off - mostly on, which is why i tried to generate much as i could and download most images but i got lazy with downloads - big regret. It was painful to use at times, but we were still getting value from it, so we stuck it out… until we lost access completely. I'd say around 80% of the app just didn't work - if anything ever did.
Now we’ve lost all our generated content, and there’s no way to recover anything.
the founder Bert is still active, he continues to spam our inbox multiple times a day with affiliate links and promotions for new tools and deals. He’s clearly still active, just not when it comes to helping the people who already paid for his last failed product.
The website’s still online but full of 404 pages and broken promises. It’s safe to say Dezygn is completely dead—and has been for months. all their social channels are also dead. i wouldn't waste your time trying to reach out.
AppSumo should have vetted this more carefully, but ultimately the blame lies with the founder who took the money and ghosted his users. If you see his name attached to anything else in the future, avoid it. We’ve been burned, and we won’t make that mistake again.
