Q: No response from support

I have a tier one account, and I've mailed support so this can be grandfathered in when I purchase tier 6 but I have yet to receive a response. This is concerning. Please assist.

If you haven’t done so yet, please complete the form here: https://tally.so/r/wvK4Pg. This is the required step to ensure your Tier 1 account is correctly grandfathered and mapped to your new Tier 6 purchase. Once submitted, our team will process your request manually.
