I'm really disappointed because this tool has never been ready for years. Now it seems to be working fine, but since I'm at Tier 3, I can't access the graphics and video editing upgrade option without paying more!

It feels like you guys have left early adopters behind.

I also noticed there's no way for me to upgrade from AS. Support is terrible; they take a long time to respond. I have some AS credits, but I can't use them because I need to pay directly.
