My recommendation is to be straightforward with the AppSumo community. Tell us exactly how many credits we get and how they are used by each tool. Things like lifting the daily limits (and keeping the monthly limits, I presume) won't help that much. Neither will the reviews from accounts registered in December, coming from people who have only purchased your product so far.
We are actively listening to feedback from all Sumo-lings and working on changes to offer a special deal. This will most likely be announced at the beginning of next week.
If you would like to test the product with the upcoming special deal, could you please reach out to us at support@diagnoseo.com? We’d be happy to send you a free demo. Your valuable...
Whitelabeled PDF audits are available in Tier 2. In our upcoming update to pricing plan, it will be possible to conduct up to 200 basic audits or up to 40 advanced audits each month (without daily limits). Please stay tuned for our upcoming updates to the pricing plan. There will be changes to better fit to AppSumo users. If you exceed these limits,...
From what I understand, your goal is to have people create an account, explore the platform, and then buy credits packages whenever they need them. However, at least from my limited understanding of the AppSumo community, people here want to get full access to the platform and a decent number of monthly credits that allow them to use DiagnoSEO without purchasing additional credit packs. You will get some money in exchange, a lot of useful feedback, and you'll spread the word about your product here.
I think it is fair to specify how many credits are available to us each month, and how they are used. Rather than giving us 1-2 examples, tell us exactly how many credits will we have to spend when using each tool within the platform. This will make it easier for people to buy DiagnoSEO (or not) and will reduce the number of negative reviews.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and providing such constructive feedback!
You’re absolutely right, our goal is to strike a balance between enabling users to experience the full potential of DiagnoSEO while also offering flexible options for those who may want to scale up their usage with additional credits. That said, we truly value the perspective of the AppSumo community and...
It is preferable to pay double price but have a decent credit base so you don't have to buy every month. Very interesting, and I would like to buy it, but it's true that it's not a good deal with this conditions for me also.
Thank you for all your comments. We’ve already removed daily limits from all plans (Tier 1 and Tier 2) as of yesterday, and we’re actively considering further improvements to our pricing to better suit the needs of AppSumo users. Stay tuned for updates, which we’ll share soon in our "From the founders" section!

Q: Limitations
I'm in Tiers2, and when you discover the backoffice, you become aware of the limitations that are not indicated before purchase, as is usually the case with Appsumo. There's no need to mention : Unlimited DiagnoSEO Pro WordPress plugin sites with so few usage credits. Example: What does that mean? Keyword ideas Total limit 0/2 or for example : Backlink checker Daily limit 0/2 Monthly limit 0/4 Is it per site? It's not clear!
Are there plans to change the limits on the features while still on AppSumo? I understand wanting to limit to not cost your company, but at 5 a month for most, that is ridiculously low, and almost useless to anyone using the tool for major work. A few a day makes sense, 5 a month is a bit outrageous.
We’re considering extending the deal with a special bonus for AppSumo users. Would an additional pack of credits (without daily or monthly limits) work for you as a bonus for a Tier 2? You can find more details about credits here: https://diagnoseo.com/pricing/#credits.
What sort of credits is your team thinking? I am sure everyone on AppSumo knows how important being sustainable is, but the tool has to provide value, and at 5 a month, it simply is too limited. Would love to hear what your team is thinking.

I was hoping to get a straight answer. Unfortunately, I'll have to pass
The answer sounds like a sales pitch. You raise some good points and they add a coupn code to buy more credits.

Thank you for your question.
The limits on the Dashboard page reflects the limits from our pricing plans (https://diagnoseo.com/pricing/#limits).
There are daily and monthly limits, but advanced tools that require additional resources have total limits.
For example, if you are on Tier 2, you can go to the SEO Content Editor (https://app.diagnoseo.com/tools/content/) and generate 2...
