A: Hello,

Thank you for your comment.

Credits don't renew, but:

WordPress SEO plugin don't consume credits at all.

For Tier 2: You received one-time allocation of 2,400 credits that never expire (equivalent to 12 months of credits from our existing Advanced plan).

We’re giving you 12 times more credits upfront than regular monthly subscribers receive. Normally, a user has to pay a subscription fee every month to keep the account active to use credits, and any purchased credits expire after a year. Subscribers also still need an active subscription to use these credits. But Sumo-lings don’t have to pay monthly fees, and they can use their credits whenever they want—no expiration date!

The cost of credits for each tool usage is described in detail here: https://diagnoseo.com/pricing/#credits

The option to purchase additional credits is optional and starts from as little as $1 per 10 credits.

There’s also something cool to share: some tool features don’t require any credits at all. For example, live checkpoints in the Content Editor (https://app.diagnoseo.com/tools/content/). The WordPress SEO plugin doesn’t consume credits either (https://diagnoseo.com/wordpress-seo-plugin/)!

Hope this helps!

A: Hello,

Thank you for your comment.

No, none of the AI-related features in our WordPress plugin consume any credits from us.

To use AI features like auto meta descriptions (coming in the next big release), AI-powered keyword suggestions, and the AI comments generator, you’ll need to bring your own OpenAI API key. Once connected, you can use these features without any usage limits from our side — your usage will only depend on your OpenAI account.

This setup gives you full control and flexibility over your AI usage.

Hope this helps!

Could you please contact us at support@diagnoseo.com for more details.

Q: Can Your SEO Optimized Comments Feature of the Plugin be Configured to Block

comments from other visitors (as most are spam).

Also I would like to confirm that if I get Tier 2 that I receive a lifetime access to your plugin (the same one that sells for $49 a year on your site) for unlimited sites.

Finally, are there any videos or articles comparing your plugin to SEOpress?

A: Hello,

Thank you for your comment.

You can just disable commenting using built-in WordPress settings. Simply go to "Dashboard > Settings > Discussion", uncheck "Allow people to submit comments on new posts," and click "Save Changes". This will prevent new posts from allowing comments, while still letting you create and publish content as usual. You might also consider using plugins like Akismet to block spam comments.

Yes, if you choose Tier 2, you do receive lifetime access to the plugin for unlimited sites. This is the same plugin that’s currently listed at $49 per year on our main website. Please note that on our website there is a discounted price.

Sure, you can compare the DiagnoSEO plugin to SEOPress here: https://diagnoseo.com/seopress-alternative/

Hope this helps!

Could you please contact us at support@diagnoseo.com for more details.

A: Hello,

Thank you for your comment.

Daily monitoring is available only for customers on the Enterprise plan. In order to determine the pricing, we need to know the number of keywords you'd like to track.

Could you please contact us at support@diagnoseo.com for more details.
