good
I find the tools good and useful overall. However, quite a few things don’t work. For instance, it’s impossible to generate a PDF during an audit, even though the feature is offered. It just keeps loading and loading, and I’ve disabled ad blockers or anything else that might block it on my end. For some features, the option to export is also missing. I also find the credits a bit limited. Otherwise, as I said, I have no complaints about the tools themselves. But the additional WordPress plugin is a complete disaster—I’ve never seen anything so bad. Many features don’t work, and when you uninstall the plugin, it leaves behind 1,400 database entries. WTF.

Edited Dec 5, 2024Hello,
Thank you for your review.
We have already fixed the PDF feature today and double-checked it, so it is working now, and you can export white-labeled audits to PDF.
As for the export option, we plan to add CSV export to all tools where it could be useful (e.g., Backlink Checker is high on the to-do list). We constantly listen to customers' feedback and react as quickly as possible.
DiagnoSEO Pro is a well-developed/mature plugin we’ve been improving for almost three years (source: https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/diagnoseo/). We’re grateful for the positive feedback so far and remain committed to constant improvement.
Uninstalling the plugin doesn’t remove its data from your database, so you can reinstall it without losing your data and settings. This is similar to how popular plugins like Yoast and Rank Math work, as they also keep data after being uninstalled.
We double-checked everything and didn't spot any not functioning feature and so far we have only received positive comments about the plugin. As you can see on our homepage we are using DiagnoSEO Pro plugin and it works great for us. Moreover, according to WPHive and PluginTest, it is the plugin that consumes the lowest memory on the market (only 61.17 KB of memory). Here are a few comparisons as proof that our performance and code quality are top-notch:

We would be truly grateful if you could share more details with us at support@diagnoseo.com regarding the features that didn’t work for you. It might be related to other plugins you are using or perhaps another issue with your WordPress setup.
For reference, we use DiagnoSEO and DiagnoSEO Pro on our official website (main domain) https://diagnoseo.com/, and all the features work seamlessly for us—such as schema, metadata, content analyzer, sitemaps, deeplink hider, and many more.
We’re here to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with additional details.
If you find the credits a bit limited for your needs at the moment then please email us at support@diagnoseo.com and we would be happy to provide an extra free credit pack for you to use across any tools without daily or monthly restrictions.
Thank you for your time and feedback—it helps us grow and improve every day. We hope to exceed your expectations moving forward!
Kind regards,
Adam Linde
