Dialora has been praised for its intuitive user interface, feature-rich capabilities, and responsive support team. However, some users have expressed concerns about the lack of monthly credits, limited international support, and the need for more advanced modules in the Workflow Builder. Despite these minor drawbacks, Dialora offers a robust and adaptable AI voice agent solution. Not worth the recurring fee

Issue #1. Sooner or later, you will have a monthly recurring fee. If you're going to eventually charge a monthly fee, that should be in BIG BOLD LETTERS! Maybe I'm just spoiled or accustomed to the AppSumo way of doing business.

Issue #2. It's my opinion that they're asking for too much money for a product that's not 100% ready to go. I get it, you're in startup mode and need money now, so make a better offer for your beta testers.

Issue #3. They have customer service, but it's only available either really early in the morning or really late at night for US customers in the Pacific Time zone. So for that reason alone I have to pass.

Issue #4. Dialiora is using the GoHighLevel platform. Nothing wrong with that, GHL is a very strong platform. However, if you're going to be paying a monthly recurring fee anyway, you might as well just go directly to GHL and cut out the middleman.

Based on my needs, I think it would cost me approximately $200 a month with Dilora. If I go directly to GHL, I'll be spending about $200.00 per month too, but that includes inbound and outbound calls, texting, with a support team that's avail 24/7. And if I'm willing to spend $450 per month, that gives me unlimited sub accounts.

I'm rooting for Dialora and wish them massive success!

Hi Bertjedi,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts — we truly appreciate honest feedback, and we’re grateful for your support and well wishes.

That said, I’d like to respectfully clarify a few key points:

1. “Eventually you’ll charge a monthly fee…”
We’re very transparent about our pricing. The AppSumo Lifetime Deal includes a large pool of call credits with no hidden recurring charges. Optional...

Has potential but missing basic features.

I purchased Dailora to handle my phone calls and take messages when I'm busy, but it requires significant improvements to become truly functional.

It's incredibly disappointing that Dialora lacks the fundamental capability to record inbound calls. Dialora support informed me that the platform supports inbound recording in the US; however, I have encountered issues with it not functioning as promised.I've exhausted several of my non-renewable minutes while testing this, and unfortunately, none of the calls were recorded.

It's really quite frustrating and, to be honest, a bit disheartening that I find myself needing to invest in a third-party service, such as Zapier or Make.com. These services seem to be the only viable option for receiving notifications when someone has called and left a message. It feels unnecessary to rely on these external tools to get such basic functionality, especially when it should ideally be part of the service. I wish there was a more integrated solution that could simplify this process without the extra cost. I need to continuously check the Dialora website to see if I have messages.

I have also hit a wall with trying to forward my Google number to Dialora. When forwarding a Google Voice number, Google sends a text message containing a 6-digit code to the Dialora number to verify the number. However, it is impossible to retrieve that 6-digit code from Dialora since their system does not allow text messages.I was told it Dialora worked with Google Voice but have yet to see a solution.

Hi, thanks so much for your honest feedback — and I hear your frustration.

Let me address each of your concerns clearly:

1. Inbound Call Recording:

Yes, Dialora does support inbound call recording in the US. If you didn’t see recordings appear, that may have been due to a temporary routing or phone number configuration issue. Our support team should’ve helped resolve this faster — we sincerely...

Feature-Rich Platform with Responsive Team

I tend to only write reviews for products I really like and see as having a unique selling proposition, and Dialora definitely falls into that small cohort of AppSumo offerings. The application is feature rich, intuitive, and fluid in design. The user interface makes building and managing voice agents straightforward, and the breadth of customization and integration options stands out. From my experience, the team behind Dialora has also been highly responsive and helpful, which goes a long way in supporting adoption and problem solving.

Much has been said in other reviews about the lack of monthly credits, and I will admit that I too would have preferred to see renewable allocations since this has become the norm in many AppSumo deals. That said, I recognize this model may not be sustainable for every business. Even without recurring credits, Dialora delivers strong value through the depth of its features, its integration capabilities, and the flexibility it provides to agencies and service providers who want to experiment with AI driven voice solutions.

Overall, while not perfect, this is a platform worth considering if you are looking for a robust and adaptable AI voice agent solution. I look forward to seeing how the product develops and what the team is able to accomplish in the future.

Thank you so much, QUINFO — this means a lot coming from a power user like you!

We’re genuinely honored to be part of your AppSumo stack and appreciate you recognizing the thought that’s gone into both the agent builder and the team behind it.

You’re absolutely right — our goal from day one has been to give users a robust, flexible, and future-proof voice automation platform, not just a “fun AI...

Strong Potential, But Missing Key Features and Deal Flexibility

Hi,
I’ve been setting up an inbound AI agent for my agency, using Dialora, and I can see a lot of potential in the platform. The Workflow Builder is intuitive with modules like Say, Condition, Gather, API Request, Transfer Call, and End Call, but right now it feels too limited to build complete inbound workflows without external help.

For example, you can’t properly branch multi-path conversations beyond Conditions, you can’t map the different services as I know. These are all essential if you want an agent to qualify, book, and route leads automatically. At the moment, much of this has to be done through Zapier or Make automations. With more advanced modules built directly into Dialora, the platform could replace a lot of those external automations and become a true all-in-one system for agencies.

I was also disappointed with the deal structure. While most AppSumo tools give you monthly allocated credits, Dialora only provides a one-time pool of credits. That makes it harder to plan for steady usage and long-term scaling, especially if you’re running continuous inbound campaigns. For an AI voice platform that’s designed to handle calls every day, a renewable monthly model makes far more sense.

Other important gaps:

No Norwegian phone number and language support, which is a blocker for me since I need to serve local clients in their language. But support told me they are looking into it.

Free phone numbers per plan should be standardised, at least from Tier 3 upwards. As it stands, users get penalised for scaling when every tier should come with the same baseline of included numbers.

At least include the credits for each month!

Kindly,
Marcus

Because of these issues, I can’t give 5 stars yet. That said, the foundation is strong. The call quality is clear, the integrations through Zapier work reliably, and the potential here is undeniable. If Dialora improves its Workflow Builder with more modules, introduces proper international support, and revisits its deal structure, this could easily become the go-to AI voice platform for agencies that want to capture, qualify, and convert every inbound call. If not, I'm afraid I will go for a refund.

Unprofitable Deal

I have no problem or comments about how the product works, because I was so disappointed that I didn't even try it properly.

I was disappointed because of the deal structure. While everyone gives you monthly allocated credits, they chose to give one time limit, after using of which, you have to buy credit. Which is expensive btw.

I bought Tier 4, upon discovering this I had to return.
I'm also disappointed that AopSumo allowed this. I mean they are supposed to list "insane" deals. How is this insane? This is an onboarding bonus with extra steps.

Hi Seyed, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts — even though we’re sorry to hear you left disappointed.

We totally understand where you’re coming from. Most AppSumo deals do include monthly recurring credits, and our model was definitely different. We offered a large one-time pool of call credits upfront to give users a risk-free way to use the platform at a steep discount — without...
