Indeed, Dibz is the link prospecting tool built for teams that focus on manual (or automatic) outreach for link building.

Unfortunately, Dibz isn't a link marketplace, but we do plan to implement some type of link marketplace in Base.me, our third tool, that is focused on link building management more directly.
