The sort function is not working on the keyword research module. Please fix it.

Really a great tool, to add to my collection. Considering it's fairly new it already has the functionality of much more mature search tools. I love how it finds the best FB ads and it's much more useful than the FB library as well as for a professional, it saves a lot of time. Also for doing product research analysis through reviews it's super convenient. Super useful product searches with Amazon have also been added. I tried to have a small problem (my lack of understanding) and the support was very fast.

I recently tried out DiffShop from AppSumo, hoping it would provide comprehensive monitoring of Shopify stores worldwide. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory due to several notable limitations.

Firstly, one of the most significant drawbacks is its limited geographical coverage. While the platform suggests a global reach, in reality, it primarily covers only a handful of countries. The data is heavily skewed towards the United States, leaving users from other regions with insufficient information. This limitation can be quite frustrating for businesses or analysts looking for insights into markets outside of the US.

Another major issue is the outdated data. Despite being marketed as a live monitoring tool, the data seems stale and does not reflect recent changes or trends in the Shopify ecosystem. For example, when I searched for "cell phone & accessories," only two products from this year were displayed, while all others were from previous years. This lack of timely updates severely impacts the reliability of the insights provided by DiffShop, making it less useful for making informed business decisions.

Overall, while DiffShop has potential, its current execution leaves much to be desired. The limited country coverage and outdated data are significant hurdles that need addressing for it to become a truly valuable tool for global Shopify store analysis. Until these issues are resolved, I would hesitate to recommend DiffShop to those seeking comprehensive and up-to-date insights.

I read all the reviews prior to purchasing, so I was initially 50-50 about it. After purchasing, I did the research I needed, and I absolutely love the data I have gathered. I ran into a small bump and I dropped an email to support which was addressed and resolved within 24 hours. I am sold and am 100% sure that I will keep Diffshop in my research toolkit. I use it to analyze which keywords Shopify stores rank for, study competitors, assess product potential, and identify potential customers.

I am looking forward to the Amazon product research feature & future potential of Diffshop.

As a solo entrepreneur, it has been an incredible asset for my business, and I’ll definitely continue using it. I’ve used Helium 10 before, but Diffshop has made that unnecessary. While Helium 10 is more refined and includes Amazon support, which makes sense given its maturity, Diffshop is already a fantastic investment. It’s packed with potential, and I’m excited to see how it evolves. Thank you for creating such a valuable tool.
