Q: can I use this for internal employee support?
I need a chatbot that can be accessed by my work collegues to help answer questions while I am away, is this possible? if so can I create a unique url that my collegues can access themselves and chat with the chatbot?

You can create a WebSite Chatbot in Agent settings and add the embeded code to your website. By doing this, you are able to share your website URL with colleagues so that they can access the chatbot on your website.
Additionally, we plan to introduce a unique URL for each chatbot, allowing direct access to the chatbot without the need for embedding.

This is for internal use so I would not have a website to embed, I would prefer being able to create a bot that can be accesses without having a site
