Q: Hi there, Well, REALLY amazing idea, I love it!
:)
However, I have some questions:
1. I have a problem with your statement of a "Funnel". It is not clear to me. To my eyes, a "Funnel" is not a "Project", but a series of pages (and email series) to achieve ONE goal. So basically, you can have several funnels to get new leads, several others to sell a tripwire (the Cheeseburger step), and others to sell your main product (and upsells afterwards). So at the end of the day, you can have potentially a dozen of funnels to power one business / website. But I feel like on the screenshots and videos, a funnel like I just described is materialized by one card on the "kanban-like" view, right?
2. "Managed" funnels... Sorry, your previous answers are not crystal clear to me. Do the "Managed funnels" stand for a similar way than Funnelytics, meaning you'll get graphical analytics on the flows? Do we have a tracking code to place on our website to fetch information about insights? So, can you explain as simply as possible what this feature is?
Thanks a lot for your answers.
Good luck with sales!
Best regards,
Julien

Correct observation when it comes to amount of funnels. At this point, the Expert Plan is the highest, but we can see that this topic repeats itself and there is a need to create more funnels, so we will for sure consider the option of extending the plan to make the platform as useful as possible. 👌

Hi Cheviader,
Thanks for believing in this idea! :)
Happy to answer your questions, which show your great understanding of the marketing processes btw. Good job :)
1. The difference between our understanding of a "Funnel" and other tools is that we came up with Tactics, which sometimes are micro-funnels in themselves, and they can be more than just pages and e-mail series in DF.AI. Maybe a "Strategy overview" could be a better word for the actual representation of what a Funnel is in DF.AI.
2. The kanban-view is an actual visual represenation of your funnel, but there will be OTHER ways of looking at this soon! Don't want to overpromise with the exact date because we have Content Execution priority right now (which differs us from Funnelytics). BTW. there's a Flow feature already where you can draw lines between the Tactics and show an actual flow :) I actually recored a video for you showing that here -> https://www.loom.com/share/d8d334457cc04724806236d39f5f5b16
Hope this helps!

Hi Rafal,
Thanks for these answers.
Ok, so if I understand:
- A funnel is a project/client/website
- Cards on the kanban are micro strategies
- Flows are paths you can create to link micro strategies and then elevate customers from one level to another
Am I right?
About what a "Managed funnel" is, you just tease a view that will be added in the future, but I still don't understand what it is. As a "funnel" stand for a business, does that mean with the first tier, we will be able to create 5 projects for clients?
Thanks for clarification.
Best,
Julien
Hi Cheviader,
Paulina here, Marketing Director of Digital First AI. By answering your questions, yes, you understand well what funnel is, how kanban works and what flow is.
Specifying the funnels. You can create 5 funnels for 5 different clients, then each client has 1 funnel. But you can also create 5 funnels for 1 customer. One customer can 5 products, or direct his communication to different target groups - then he will receive a different funnel recommendation for each target group.
Is it clearer now? 😊

Hi Paulina,
Yes, it is much clearer now to me, thanks a lot, Paulina. It can grow up very fast, clearly.
What if the 50 funnels limit (tier 3) is reached? Is there a way to extend this limit?
Thanks so much for your help and patience. 😊
Best,
Julien
Hi, thanks for being here on appsumo. If this is the case, then 5 funnels is definitely small for tier one. Let alone sharing it with my other business.
Imagine I want to create a funnel for the website, and then moving to the products, I have more than 5 products for just one website.
It can't even serve one website, let alone sharing with my other website.
Please reconsider increasing the number of funnels from tier 1.
Hi, interesting point of view.
In this situation, Tier 2 would be a natural choice, but any feedback on pricing is very valuable. :)
