It doesn't feel AI or for solopreneurs with little marketing experience

I'm a solopreneur/sole trader - marketing is not my forté. I don't have or want to spend a lot of time working on digital marketing funnels so DFAI seemed like the ideal solution to help me grow my audience and business.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product

My first attempt to create a funnel after seeing the initial wall of recommended tactics resulted in a list of tactics ONLY in the Icebreaker column - this is where, as a non-expert in marketing, my eyes glaze over and immediately lose interest.

Honestly, brutally, I find a lot of "AI" SaaS companies don't actually seem to use Artificial Intelligence systems and instead use a system of "If, then" statements to make results feel like there's AI being used to provide solutions. Sadly, DFAI seems to be in this category.

Why? Because one of the "trailer" videos suggests that by the power of AI, I will have a freshly created funnel complete with a list of recommended tactics placed neatly into the four funnel columns thus saving me time messing about trying to decide what routes to take to get more clients. As noted above, the results have been disappointing.

A shortened list of things which would be helpful:
1. In the "statement" step, an option to choose how big my business is in terms of employees, eg 1, 2-5, 5-10, etc - this could help to give indications of, say, expertise or amount of time available to employees (1-5 people don't have a lot of time to spend on marketing activities unless they're a Marketing Agency, which may guide how many or what tactics to use accordingly). It also might give an indication of what tools the users' businesses have. I have never come across a solopreneur with a chatbot for example, let alone live chat so "chatbot to live chat" is pointless.

2. Previews or quick explanation of what a tactic is, does, means etc

2.5 Once I open a tactic's explanation screen, closing it by pressing the X (top right corner), this doesn't go back to my funnel as expected but instead goes to the main tactic library adding unnecessary and frustrating additional clicks

3. Links to "how to" articles etc on each of the steps in each tactic card

None of the onboarding emails and short video did much to help me feel any clearer about any of this.

Also, some cards' activities are really dependent on others being completed first. For example, "CEO Method" needs either an email newsletter signup first or a purchase. I added this to my funnel, but it didn't pull in dependent cards. Only because I know how that particular step works do I know I have to add a relevant tactic as a previous step to make it work properly. But this negates the AI and time-saving point of DFAI.

I actually sent a longer version of this to Rafal first but I haven't had a reply in 10 days - sure, he's busy but has a team he could delegate to, or at least inform me he/someone will get back to me soon. No response whatsoever doesn't make me feel like the customer service is a good experience either
