I fully agree with the experiences and reviews shared by ewokee and chrisdippold. In 2022, I also purchased the Tier‑3 deal on AppSumo and later bought the EFT package offered by the founder. The promised benefits were clearly stated — and, of course, payment was collected accordingly.
Unfortunately, over the past several months, I have lost access to the platform. Multiple emails sent to support went unanswered, while promotional newsletters continued to arrive regularly.
In the meantime, the founder is now promoting a new app with very similar features and is suddenly very responsive to feedback there — while users of the old platform seem to be left behind, with no further improvements or updates.
My impression is that the original app idea is being rebranded, updated and marketed again under a new name. I’m not familiar with the current offer at https://tally.so/r/wvK4Pg, but based on my previous experience, I have completely lost trust in this vendor.
What I would have appreciated is transparent, proactive communication and a fair offer for existing customers before launching a new product. A functional and responsive support team could also have helped rebuild some of the lost trust.
