Zero Support in over 15 days despite multiple attempts
1) COMPLETE LACK OF SUPPORT:
As other Sumolings have noted, it is (at least for some of us) simply impossible to get any support. I have tried multiple times by email (to hello@digitalfirst.ai) since late January and as of mid February I still didn't get any reply. I have also tried the "online" chat (which really just tells you to send an email) and didn't get any answer there either.
I'm baffled by this lack of basic support. It's surprising that some users have gotten replies (glad for them;).
2) CATEGORIES TO DEFINE YOUR BUSINESS AND THEREFORE YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY ARE NOT RELEVANT ENOUGH FOR A LOT OF ONLINE BUSINESSES - LACK OF GRANULARITY
The reason I wrote to support in the first place was for an issue that might also be of your interest: one of the first steps in using their platform is to write a short "statement" about your business, which is a sentence pre-filled with several dropdowns to describe briefly what your business does and who the target is (ex: B2B vs B2C, etc.). Unfortunately, when creating a statement, the categories available ("capital goods", "raw materials", etc) to describe what my company does are fairly limited, and none of them come close to “SaaS" which is what we offer. I believe a good number of digitalfirst's users might be SaaS and other online businesses. They should add categories and granularities to make it more relevant to users.
3) WHERE IS THE PROMISED NFT AS PART OF THE APPSUMO DEAL?
On a separate note, there was theoretically also a NFT part of the deal for tier 3 Sumolings (and based on previous questions/reviews they were supposed to provide those "within a week" ---> that was months ago). Still haven't received any news either.
When I bought this product, I was a bit doubtful because while some of the reviews sounded really great, some other reviews as well as answers to questions were highlighting some flaws in the business practices, lakc of response, vague answers, etc. I decided to go for it but am regretting big time. I wish I could write a more positive review, and it is never pleasant to have to point out negative things. I would greatly have preferred to resolve these issue privately with their team, but the complete lack of response forces me to do it here. Hopefully it is useful to others, and hopefully their team will reply and make corrections to the platform that benefit not just me but the other Sumolings.
