Simple clean interface, easy to onboard
This is the first day of trying out this software. So far so good. It was easy to connect social media accounts to it. (ONLY Instagram at the moment, so this review is very limited review at the moment)
Out of - Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, Google ads, Amazon ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics
I like the visual display of the posts. The 4 major tabs are broken into
OVERVIEW - shows at a glance , FOLLOWERS, ENGAGEMENT, and VIDEO VIEWS for all social accounts connected.
EARNED - (displays any tagged posts from other public posts)
Paid - for ads/etc (haven't used this yet)
Web Performance (not used yet)
---------
ON OVERVIEW TAB: You can click on individual accounts , on the Instagram one for example, and it will show you up to last 30 days of posts (VISUAL layout) listing IMPRESSIONS, Reach, Likes, Comments, and Engagement Rate (%).
There is an export to CSV button to get the data out.
One thing I don't see that I would like is a Table layout/interface to view information at a glance for Channel performance other than just visual post layout. The only option for that is to export to CSV.
Another useful thing would be to build out API connectors to be able to help export data automatically and add extra automation in addition to CSV, I don't see any of that yet.
This is a preliminary and very limited review of this product so far but looks promising.
I do have some questions regarding the roadmap which doesn't look like any roadmap that I'm used to seeing from many sites, very generic (check for yourselves: https://digivizer.com/digivizer-roadmap/)
. I do see within the account, there is a PLATFORM NEWS link. (https://announcekit.app/digivizer/platform-updates)
The latest update was 3 months ago (TikTok ads are now live) and before that was 6 months). Seems that the updates to the platform are slow and far apart, I do hope there are plans to increase the upgrade/update frequency and more clear roadmap.
Questions:
Do you guys have any tentative date when SNAPchat integration is planned and what if any are the functionalities that will be added?
What about User Interface addition of views (like table view for social media metrics of IG.)
Any plan on adding API to allow automation and export capabilities in future?
I will update this review as I use it in the next coming weeks.

May 14, 2024Everything Digivizer develops is driven by our commitment to help our customers gain a greater return on investment for their digital marketing spend.
Our development outcomes are based on providing customers with a single source of truth for broadest platform coverage, a greater understanding of their customer cost per customer outcome, and that we make it easy and fast to report and make decisions from.
We are committed to helping brands directly and the agencies that serve them. Although we don't commit to timelines, we are actively working on ensuring completeness in platforms (as the current platforms continuously change), adding new platforms, making it easy to self serve insights. Although our roadmap is here https://digivizer.com/digivizer-roadmap/ we genuinely don't say anything until beta to those who are in beta or when we go live.
There are a couple of things are are about to implement that would help you gain greater insight (and your questions have prompted some accleration to finalising):
1) Join our Facebook User Group - a new group where we will work with our community (invite only)
2) Invite you to join beta program
3) We are also working on a feature request/voting/upweighting solution too for the community
As to what next - we have completed significant work on GA4 integration. We are completing the work around goals, we are working on Microsoft Ads, and some performance work. There are some additional data points in Amazon and TikTok we want to add. In the background we are working on additional reporting and insights features.
Your point about our Product News is well made - that is something we are also going to make a point of updating more regularly to.
We really appreciate your questions and hope to work with you and our community more closely.
Thanks again
