I have never had this happen before with any other system, and they only give you 24 hours notice which does not work well if it comes over the weekend, for example.

I'm very sorry you had this bad experience.
We have to do this when the tool has not been used in 30 days because we cannot indefinitely store data from accounts that are not being used, as the costs would end up killing the tool, and that's why we have to do this cleaning.
