Tim7832Q: Do you have a trial available?
In the other question I saw you recommending using the 60 days refund period as a free trial period. However, as per the new Appsumo terms, by doing so you are risking your account (with thousands of dollars worth of purchased tools) being suspended. You can check their policy here: https://appsumo.com/terms-of-use/. I'll quote:
"B. Too Many Refunds. AppSumo reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your account if you seek refunds for an obnoxious number of your purchases. And we get to determine in our sole discretion what number is an obnoxious number."
So please do consider adding a free trial.

May 15, 2024A: We didn't follow Brandoverflow in the team so this answer is a product of a superficial and biased analysis (We are one of the contenders 😅). Take it into account!
In dinorank you can work the SEO of your project in a much more complete way since we have specific functions that are not very common in other suites such as:
Pagerank distribution.
Internal linking.
Complete seo on page audit.
TF*IDF.
On the other hand, Brandoverflow offers a linkbuilding module that we do not have yet and there they are stronger than us.
Anyway, if you have any specific questions about any aspect of the tool, I'll ask a colleague to try to review it more thoroughly :)

That said, we cannot offer free trials for 2 main reasons:
1- We offer a lot of value in this offer in Appsumo at a very tight price, and for us, providing the information that users find in the tool costs us resources. Doing it for free for a free trial would be very difficult for us as a company financially.
2-As I said in another answer, we understand that everyone here who decides to try DinoRANK does it in good faith, and if you decide to ask for a refund we will accept it with humility, so unless a user tries to abuse this Appsumo policy systematically, you should not have problems for a couple of refunds (I myself have done some in the past 🙂 ).

Thank you for your reply. The thing that confuses me is that you say that you will be accepting refunds and it will not lead to any problems when not clearly abusing it. As it's the Appsumo terms of use I'm concerned about, not you're (DinoRank's) policy.
I already had the refund option disabled by Appsumo a while ago, because I was encouraged to just buy and try all tools which looked interesting and use the refund option as trial period. So I'm afraid that the next step is account termination. As you can see, I kept (did not refund) quite a lot of tools as well, so I definitely didn't intend to abuse. I was just wrongly informed: "just buy and try it out, we offer a no questions asked full refund, don't worry about it".
I do understand your other reason for not offering a free trial. Maybe you could do it like Ahrefs does: offer a trial for a really small amount (I believe $7 for 7 days)?
If you can't offer a free trial, you should at least consider having a read only access to a public version (for example your own dashboard).
I would really like to see how the tool looks lie before buying.
Too bad you had a problem like that Tim. That way, I'm sorry I can't help you more.
Regarding the possibility of offering a low cost trial in the future, I will check with the team again, but with our lower monthly ticket (25€) it is unlikely that we will have such an initiative.
If in the end you decide to try DinoRANK, I hope you don't want to ask for a refund and therefore there won't be any problem. 😅

I just purchased Brandoverflow. Apart from the pricing and limits, do you or does anyone have a comparison between DinoRank and Brandoverflow in terms of features and data quality? Or could you say anything about this? Do you have a sample SEO audit for example?
As when purchasing Dinorank too, I will definitely refund one of the two. Only have the budget for 1 tool of this kind. If DinoRank is better, I would like to switch :)
