Same as Isabel below. I bought into the PRO plan with two tokens. Now the company is not applying the new features and limits to the PRO plan on their website. Stay away from this company, they just want your money and don't care about their customers
Beware, I just had all my data deleted because we are all supposed to read the legal terms of the user agreement! I have never had this happen before with any other system, and they only give you 24 hours notice which does not work well if it comes over the weekend, for example. I won't be setting up all my projects again, so the purchase was a total waste of money. They have released a new functionality and they have not updated to the pro level, but to the starter and they justify it by saying that with that they fulfill what was promised. That is not agreed.
Is there a way to update the plan on these dates?
