The hierarchy is Team \u002D\u003E Project \u002D\u003E Folder. Each deal includes one team with multiple members. Members can access all public projects and their assigned private projects. You can make projects private and restrict access to specific members, but this makes you the bottleneck for assignments and project creation. Buy more teams if this doesn\u0027t work for you.

One license corresponds to a one\u002Dmember team workspace.\u000aShould you require additional workspaces, you are welcome to purchase more licenses from Sumo.\u000a\u000aOnce your purchase has been successfully completed, you can access your new workspaces through Boardmix. Simply log in, head over to the workbench, find, and click the switch located in the lower\u002Dleft corner. From there, you can create a new team and select the option to upgrade.\u000aAs long as you are the owner/admin of this team, you can manage these member teams and the members within the team.
