Discovery By Publicfast Reviews

I really wanted to like this product. However, the Discovery Feature is extremely handicapped by the fact that the tags filter doesn't work in tandem with the Categories filter. I've tested very popular tags with a very broad selection (Category: Traveling | Region: United States | tags: instagram) nothing comes up. Zilch. Zero. I've tested it with the tag "Maui". Nothing.

But if you remove the "Traveling" category, you get a couple thousand results with "instagram" which seems extremely low. Also, there are several bugs. Sometimes a profile won't load any posts. So you click on the profile link "See on Instagram" and then it loads Instagram with an error message. BUT sometimes it works.

It could be better if you could Sort Results by "Engagement by Post" and not just "Followers Count".

The follower count low end and high end filters work well enough. Also, there's a strange bug where if I use the floating help window in the bottom right corner that I sometimes cannot back out of it and so I have to type in the URL address bar publicfast.com (reloading won't work). And then it takes me to the login page again. Kind of annoying.

Also, I wish it were a little faster, but that would just be a bonus. The other issues are priority.

I want to keep this product. But I'm not sure I can justify it, given the bugs. I guess I'll ride out my trial and then decide if I want to keep it permanently. I hope they fix the bugs and add some of these features I mentioned.

First of all, I didn't expect it to be so easy to use the platform. It literally takes you just a minute to find creators and set up a campaign. It's literally taken me only 10 minutes to create the campaign and get the first creator's request, just WOW!
You can save plenty of time and you can reach out to influencers all over the world!
Definitely a keeper from Appsumo!

I’ve been tested a lot of other services in the same niche, and I need to say Publicfast among the best one, for sure!

Easy to search, save and export, LOVE IT!

I even started campaign and get first 10 influencers join my campaign already in the first 30 min, great results.

Support working great, and I am exiting to see future updates like:
-Fraud detection for Instagram,
- Audience Analytics repost,
- and updated desing of the platform, it would be 🔥
