I am specifically looking for SMS campaign optin options, keyword/short code, SMS sequencing and things like that. Also, is it possible to send two-way sms, like replying to an incoming message resulting from a campaign ?

Thank you for replying. I have already been to the link you mentioned but did not get any specific information. Can I create a keyword like "DEAL" which when sent to my number adds the sender to a group and then I can set up sms messages like an auto responder ? I am basically looking for some in-depth documentation.
Yes, you can use our workflows to create a keyword, and then define the actions that should occur if an inbound SMS contains the keyword. Did you purchase the deal already? If you have, you can navigate to the Automations/Workflow page to test it out.
