I've got tier 3, but the software is still too limited for our needs. Having only one inbox per user for the price doesn't seem like a good deal.
Right now, there are only email, call, and SMS touch points, with no social media integration. They keep saying many things are coming soon, but it's been over a month with no changes.
It seems like they're not really ready for the software to be used. Email sequences are not working, and you can't delete sequences, steps, teams, or contacts. Every bug fix takes 2-4 weeks, so if you have time to spare, it's okay. Otherwise, it might be better to move on.
On the bright side, their support is great, they are quite responsive and helpful, but the estimated bug fix dates are never met. You'll end up waiting and waiting with very little progress.
Worst Experience So Far.... I have launched an SMS Automation campaign and all of the texts were failed.(support is good: I had a call with support and the support representative mentioned they were aiming to fix the issue by next week, will update the review once the issue with their internal whatever is fixed), why would you buy it in the first place if it can't even send sms.(calls were tested and call quality was good).

Hello, it's Toun here. I was the person you spoke with on the call. I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the failure of your SMS campaign. We're actively working on resolving this issue with our gateway. I'll keep you informed as soon as we have a resolution in place.
I've been able to test the product over the last few days and have been impressed with the level of support provided by the team.
Ill be using this primarily as a Inbound IVR call center so really appreciate the round robin/call routing features.
Only thing Im concerned with is the lack of transparency on call stats. In the platform it says coming soon, but its not listed on their roadmap. Hope they prioritize this as it is imperative for any call system.
Bad Support No Videos or Product overview to understand UI
Support was no help and not willing to address any direct issues I was having to understand the product. UI was very basic with no great features to really make this stand out from other offerings i replacing this deal with Voicee new on appsumo at least there i get unlimited features and great support

Thanks for checking out the product. I understand you wanted to use a 3rd party gateway which we don't support, and found our UI to be basic; these aren't exactly issues to be fixed. We also shared the links to the product documentation per your request.
