Great Support.
I've been able to test the product over the last few days and have been impressed with the level of support provided by the team.
Ill be using this primarily as a Inbound IVR call center so really appreciate the round robin/call routing features.
Only thing Im concerned with is the lack of transparency on call stats. In the platform it says coming soon, but its not listed on their roadmap. Hope they prioritize this as it is imperative for any call system.
