DitCal has received positive feedback for its feature-rich interface, responsive customer support, and seamless user experience. Some users have mentioned minor drawbacks such as the lack of automatic video play and limited SMTP support. However, the positive feedback outweighs these issues. With a 3.7 rating and a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's worth giving DitCal a try for those seeking a Beautiful Calendly alternative with video introduction, chat-like widget, and custom domain.

No support - Basic functionalities missing

I'm waiting and writing to DitCal support since June (and now it's the second half of Sept), to get 3 issues solved, but the support went silent.
I'm talking about very basic functionalities:
1. changing an email address
2. adding a user
3. connect a Zoom account

All 3 not functioning, but it should be the basics!

Definitely not ready for primetime use.

This product is not polished enough for primetime use. Loading times are unacceptable. And the inability of users to access the calendar was a huge issue.

Basic funtionality doesn't work

DitCal has potential to be a solid appointment booking platform — especially for solo entrepreneurs and creatives. But right now, it’s struggling with some basic usability issues that make day-to-day use frustrating.

The issues:
Misleading time slot logic: If I set my availability from 12–1pm and my event is 60 minutes long, the app still shows 1pm as available. That shouldn’t happen — there isn’t enough time left.
No way to block out specific unavailable days (like holidays or one-off commitments).

Customer support is poor. You’re lucky to get a reply in 24 hours, and I’ve waited up to a week — only to receive a partial answer that doesn’t fully address the question.

What would make this app better:
Let us clone event types. Huge time-saver for people running similar sessions.
More options for design and branding so our booking pages don’t feel generic.
Support for multiple pricing tiers on a single event (e.g. member rate / drop-in / taster session).

In summary: Ditcal still got a lot of work to do. Fix the fundamentals and speed up support. For now, there are stronger apps available.

Great Idea but Doesn't Work

I was hopeful to use this product for round robin meetings for my team. I tried to use this product but it didnt add meeting invites to either the host or guests calendars and also booked meetings for the wrong time despite all settings being set to AU Sydney timezone. unfortunate.

Any easy keep

DitCal gets the job done as a calendar application without much fuss. The interface is straightforward. New features are released - 2 of my feature request were released this month. A solid purchase for anyone seeking a reliable calendar solution that continues to evolve.
