Free websites also have ability to connect a custom domain, but they are limited to fit very small websites such as portfolio and more.
It's for websites with low traffic up to 10 pages and 50 CMS items.
2. I would need more explanation to give better answer, but you are able to use our REST API app, and show data in builder that is coming from that API.
