Very poor communication
I bought in on tier 1 on a whim to play around with it. My gripe is not about the platform, but its total lack of communication. I have contacted them multiple times seeking administrative help. Never received a response.

No excuse, just we are 2 guys hard working on release of Divhunt v2, so we are sometimes slow with support unfortunately until we release v2, then we will have a bit more time to balance things, right now focus is development.
