Q: Are you keeping this updated with additional features that are added?

When I purchased SuiteDash, it was intended to be my HIPAA compliant platform for patients/clients. Some of my ideas were dependent on promised functionality which is still supposedly on the roadmap.

I got stuck with implementation for many of the reasons you describe but I haven't prioritized it because there was key functionality that still won't work as I understand it. It looks like your guide is delivered in course format. If that's the case, how long do we have access?

BTW Thanks for creating this. I have complained to SuiteDash that there is a serious void for implementation. And, based on what your job is, you know very well that you could "burn" 50 to 100 hours trying to get something to work only to determine that it isn't a good fit. That's what I've been trying to figure out from the beginning. Now it's too late to return it so I am hoping to figure out how to get it to do MOST of what I need it to do.

-----We need to update it for the recently released LMS module. When we add that, you will have access to that as part of the Advanced module.

"It looks like your guide is delivered in course format. If that's the case, how long do we have access?"
----It is in course format, but works more like a checklist as you can mark sections as completed when they no longer need to be addressed. Your access is permanent.

Q: Hi Julie, You indicated that this is the 'Advanced' version in a previous answer.

I'm afraid that I'm not immediately clear on the differences between the Advanced version and the Basic version.

Would you please elaborate further?

A: Hi, we the Advanced version contains the advanced features of the SuiteDash software and the Basic does not. Here are the features that you DO get with Advanced but DO NOT get with Basic:

A: To get a better feel for the course, you can see a PREVIEW of all the topics on my web page (link below). Steep? Depends on what you are looking for. There are a lot of templates included for you to download and do your planning in the Design phase. Also, this is not how to *use* SuiteDash guide, it is how to *implement* your SuiteDash instance. There's a difference! :)

If I can clarify further (if looking at the PREVIEW doesn't help) please let me know!

This is Julie Taylor with the DIY SuiteDash Implementation Guide!

Do you love the possibilities offered by SuiteDash to build your own customer portal? I sure do! I loaded up on that stackable AppSumo deal...but then I felt a bit overwhelmed by the options and the configuration. (And my day job is *in* software implementation!)

I applied the methodology that I use in my day job doing enterprise software implementations and wrote the "DIY SuiteDash Implementation Guide" to reduce the deer-in-the-headlights syndrome that new users may experience.

So if you aren't an implementation pro and you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, this guide will walk you through best practices of software implementation. I've broken the guide into the distinct phases of software implementation...Design, Build, Test and Deploy so that you can sanely focus on one piece of the implementation at a time.

This guide walks you through the process of *building* SuiteDash and is not like the help documentation that comes with SuiteDash.
