Q: Are you keeping this updated with additional features that are added?
When I purchased SuiteDash, it was intended to be my HIPAA compliant platform for patients/clients. Some of my ideas were dependent on promised functionality which is still supposedly on the roadmap.
I got stuck with implementation for many of the reasons you describe but I haven't prioritized it because there was key functionality that still won't work as I understand it. It looks like your guide is delivered in course format. If that's the case, how long do we have access?
BTW Thanks for creating this. I have complained to SuiteDash that there is a serious void for implementation. And, based on what your job is, you know very well that you could "burn" 50 to 100 hours trying to get something to work only to determine that it isn't a good fit. That's what I've been trying to figure out from the beginning. Now it's too late to return it so I am hoping to figure out how to get it to do MOST of what I need it to do.

-----We need to update it for the recently released LMS module. When we add that, you will have access to that as part of the Advanced module.
"It looks like your guide is delivered in course format. If that's the case, how long do we have access?"
----It is in course format, but works more like a checklist as you can mark sections as completed when they no longer need to be addressed. Your access is permanent.
