Might be good for a beginner who has no idea how to run their business
I bought this as I have already largely set up SuiteDash, and figured it might be a good way to learn a few nuggets or ideas of things/uses that I haven't already seen.
SuiteDash is a massive SaaS, and there is a lot that you can do, and a lot that can easily be missed. Because of this, the more resources the better - especially since this promised not to be so much of a "how to set it up" but how to use it for your business.
I have looked through several of the "Guides"? and downloads. I am pretty disappointed.
I feel like this is suited for someone who has no clue about their business or what they are doing on the business side. Things like "write who you are marketing too"/etc. are all basic tasks that I feel a business owner should have down pat.
While it can be a helpful exercise to go through each worksheet, it does feel a bit juvenile in terms of what it provides. I thought there might be videos/etc. but it is usually a few lines of a description of a feature, then a worksheet so you can write out how you would use the feature...
I am giving it three tacos because I am sure it will help some people. Sadly, for me, since it is non-refundable, it was a waste of money.

May 9, 2024Hi Saviodesigns…thanks for your feedback and hate to hear that you feel you didn't get value. You mention that you had already set up SuiteDash and thus did not find the guide very useful. Our guide is definitely targeted to those who have NOT configured their instance.
This guide is for the person who has an experience something like this…
- User wants to set up a flow, but finds that before that can be done a project profile and email list must be created
- User stops and starts work on the project profile, only to find that the "Business Sector" list isn't populated
- User stops and builds the Business Sector list
- User resumes work on the flow, but discovers that can't be done until the email list is configured
- User stops and builds the email list
- User now can't remember where they started or which pieces still need to be done
- User gets frustrated
If this doesn't sound like a given SuiteDash'r, then it may not be a good fit for that person.
I've structured the guide so that if a user follows the sequence of the build, they will be able to smoothly and continuously build in a logical order.
This guide is for the person who wants guidance in testing and validating the system in an efficient manner.
You are correct, there are no videos in this course.
The templates are included to assist users in assembling the information they need to build the various modules while simultaneously providing useful parameters so that they can factor them into their planning process.
I agree that this guide would not assist someone in knowing how to run their business…it is a guide for planning and executing a build-from-the-ground-up of SuiteDash.
