Lo positivo: DMChamp es una herramienta fantástica para la automatización de WhatsApp Business. La interfaz es intuitiva, las funcionalidades de automatización son robustas y la capacidad de integración con webhooks abre un mundo de posibilidades. He estado implementando flujos publicitarios y la plataforma ha demostrado ser muy prometedora.

Mi experiencia actual: Como usuario, estoy muy entusiasmado con el potencial de DMChamp. He estado trabajando en dos implementaciones importantes:

1- Integración avanzada con n8n/Slack: Configuré exitosamente los webhooks y ya recibo datos. Sin embargo, necesito conocer los nombres exactos en formato JSON de los siguientes eventos para completar mi sistema de notificaciones automatizadas:

Contact Created → "contactCreated" ✅ (este ya lo identifiqué)
Contact Resumed → ❓
Contact Unarchived → ❓
Contact Paused → ❓
Contact Do Not Disturb → ❓
New Message → ❓
Replies → ❓
Human Alerted → ❓
Appointment Booked → ❓
Credits Spent → ❓
Sin esta información técnica, no puedo filtrar correctamente los eventos en mi automatización, lo cual está afectando mis campañas activas.

2 - Vinculación de WhatsApp Business: He experimentado dificultades al escanear el código QR tanto con WhatsApp Business como con WhatsApp regular. Como tengo campañas publicitarias corriendo, esto se ha vuelto crítico.

El punto de mejora: Contacté al soporte hace más de una semana con estas consultas técnicas específicas y aún no he recibido respuesta. Entiendo que pueden estar saturados o en proceso de crecimiento, pero para aquellos que manejamos flujos publicitarios activos, el tiempo de respuesta es crucial. Cada día sin esta información representa costos adicionales y tiempo perdido.

Si otros usuarios han resuelto estos temas (nombres de eventos webhook o problemas con QR), agradeceré mucho sus comentarios en esta reseña.
