Great Platform for Ensuring Email Compliance
I had already set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC some time ago and would receive the zipped reports by email which were always a hassle to download, unzip, open the XML and try to decipher the contents. I ended up not checking too closely.
DMARC report gives a clean, easy to navigate dashboard. It was extremely easy to set up and I was live within an hour or two (possibly because my records were already set up and in place). I now have a great overview of where the emails are being sent from and can drill down into any e-mails. I had to check e-mails originating from somewhere unexpected and realised that was from a payment processor which I had authorised to use my domain and forgotten about... So, very happy with DMARC report.
Pros:
Great interface and overview with alerts and e-mail summaries.
Prompt support via the online chat.
Offering MTA-STS.
GDPR Compliant with EU data centres.
Cons:
All e-mails get counted, even if you send 10 emails to the same email address in one day that single summary report will deduct 10 credits from your DMARC Report account.
Unable to generate monthly summary pdf reports retrospectively.
White label feature could be improved especially with branding but I am sure that will happen in time.
Documentation is a bit thin espeically for BIMI but this can easily be found online.
I had looked at KDARC when that was on Appsumo but this is a far better offer.
The pricing is not comparable with DMARC reports current standard plan. The standard plan is $100 per month ($1200 per year) for 2 million emails per month, 90 day data retention and 25 domains. This Appsumo offer is $89 LTD for 75,000 emails per month, 60 day data retention and unlimited domains. Obviously, the email limits are much reduced with the Appsumo deal but for the majority of businesses this would be perfectly adequate (even transactional emails from e-commerce) and it is a lifetime deal.
