I was really wanting to like DMARCREPORT.

I called their support because I was having issues redeeming my AppSumo deal around 4 days ago with my business Gmail email. The lady on the phone got me signed in, or what I thought was signed in. She gave me the password for the videos and everything seemed OK after that. I got busy with a few things and then today I tried to login, and of course I couldn't login. I called support, but there was no answer. A little later, support returned my call and then I find out all the stuff that I did a few days ago didn't really do anything. It ended up that my Appsumo deal was NOT redeemed and apparently I was never logged in at all. The lady today said there wasn't even an account opened with my gmail account. Then what was all the stuff I did a few days ago? I have way way too many other tech stuff and other things to do to fight with something that is out of my control. Now, I have to return it and get my money back. I really hate returning products at Appsumo, but if I cannot fix it or I spend way too much time fixing things that aren't working, then I need to return it. All I wanted to do was to have DMARCREPORT on a sub-domain and make it so I can check DMARC for the domains I and my clients own. I guess I cannot do that. On to the next project.
