I have sent multiple emails and entered tickets through the ticket system. I only got one response when AppSumo got involved. But when the resolution didn't seem to be a resolution, I have not heard back. I'm sure that I may have set something up wrong, but now I am on day 25 of my trial and it looks like they are going to hit my card for $250/mo. But I bought 8 coupons, the maximum available. Trying this in hopes that it maybe gets DMARCReports' attention. I'm disappointed, because I see some real potential here. But I am not paying $250/mo. for a basic tier and no support.
