May 15, 2024A: To be clear, we don't offer yet BYOK.
But when BYOK will be implemented, it will be optional. So, while ChatGPT utilizes OpenAI's model along with its own retrieval-augmented generation implementation, using the same GPT model through API/BYOK is not exactly the same. Our platform builds on the large language model (LLM) framework with our own graph, agents, and embeddings, which can deliver different results from what other Chat implementation.
Secondly, although ChatGPT is a robust tool for general purposes, our service is specifically tailored for document analysis, especially with large datasets. This specialization allows us to provide more focused and effective solutions for document handling.
Lastly, unique features such as our workflow automation and advanced document management set us apart from ChatGPT. These capabilities are designed to enhance efficiency and are not available in the standard ChatGPT setup.
The BYOK feature has been deployed. Please check "experimental features" in settings and test GPT4o!
