There are two types of credits:
1. Monthly Plan Credits: Included with your AppSumo subscription plan. These credits are renewed at the beginning of each calendar month, and any unused credits from the previous month **expire** and do not roll over.
2. Purchased Credit Bundles: These can be bought separately and **do not expire**.
Credits are also used for accessing advanced features and services on our platform. This includes OCR (Optical Character Recognition) processing, and workflow automation. Credits are also required when using our most advanced AI models, especially when choosing higher settings for answer length, context window size, or thinking effort level.
