Very easy to click, very easy to use.

Have been using Tier 1 for several months. This is an excellent tool for multiformat document analysis, both single and multiple documents. I've been primarily using to analyze large PDFs (some are 1000+ pages) and batches of PDF with lower page counts. You've a choice between 3 different AI models (ChatGPT 3.5, Claude 3 Haiku, Gemini Flash 1.5) depending on the sort of analysis and outputs you're wanting to generate; I use Gemini.

The AI requires documents to be readable (OCR). There's an inbuilt OCR conversion tool in case you forgot to do it before uploading (although this uses account credits) - so I OCR prior to upload.

The analysis function is excellent at obtaining information within chapters, across chapters, and for topics through a document. This applies too when analyzing batches of documents. Information is concise, well reasoned, for pulling together information that's scattered throughout the document into a concise format. I really like that it provides document page number references linked to an in-app reader so that I can read more in-depth about a subject, which often generates more lines of questioning.

Categorizing documents by user-defined text & colour labels helps with managing files. However it can be difficult to find a file when you've many in a category as files are presented as a list; would be great to have the option of a grid format with preview thumbnails (like Windows Explorer) and a search function in the Documents section.

Customer support is excellent; I received rapid friendly email responses with robust answers to several queries.

Highly recommend if you're studying, researching and/or have alot of information to crunch.

It has been one of the best tools for document analysis. It lacks the addition of CSV files

I purchased the Tier 2 package of DocAnalyzer and have until July 10 to consider a return. My experience so far has been very positive. DocAnalyzer has significantly helped me to quickly filter out important information from a multitude of documents—often information that I wouldn't have found otherwise.

The support has been particularly impressive. When I encountered a technical issue, Christophe assisted me. The bug was resolved within a few hours, and the fix was deployed to production after thorough testing. That is remarkably fast.

I use my own OpenAI key with ChatGPT-4o, and the results are always context-specific. For broader ChatGPT dialogues, one should use the standard ChatGPT platform rather than the document chat feature of DocAnalyzer.

Overall, everything works as expected, and documents are cited in the chat, clearly indicating the sources of the information. It is a great help and highly recommended.

DocAnalyzer AI is a game-changer for chatting with documents! The AI-powered document analysis is incredibly accurate and efficient, saving so much time. It's intuitive to use and the answers it provides are invaluable. Highly recommend this tool!
What I would like to see?
I would like to see that the workflow automations not to be counted in the credit for Tier 2 and the credit goes only for the API.
