Some very unique and useful features

I bought a couple of AI PDF tools, but decided to keep this one since it is by far the best for my use case.

The main reason is the workflow automation feature - uploading large pdf files to other providers like chatpdf and requesting a summary of the whole document basically always resulted in a very flawed output. Having the ability to automatically break pdf into smaller parts and feeding them separately through the AI magic is genius and does wonders if you want to generate an accurate summary of 50+ pages. Two comments: 1. I think this feature could be named better, workflow automation doesn't really capture its abilities. 2. I really wish there was a possibility to do "chapters group" based on headings, not just "pages group"; it would really be great to have the ability to automatically summarize chapters/sections one by one.

General answers from the chat window are also very good - I like that the tool often says "this is not stated in the text" and doesn't just make stuff up like a lot of other ones on the market do.

What are the flaws?
BYOK feature is a fair way of getting access to some higher end models, though it would be nice to have more choice available directly (maybe 4o that uses OCR/workflow credits?).

I must also say the design is functional, but I find it much less aesthetically pleasing compared to the competition - hope that changes with future updates.

None of these are dealbreakers however. To sum up, I'd say docAnalyzer is a great tool for dealing with very large PDFs. Love the features, just wish the UI looked a bit more polished; I bet you lost some customers to alternative better looking tools, even if yours has (much) better functionality.

Thanks for your feedback. It's true that the workflow automation UI is still primitive but we are working a total refactor of the UX/UI for that new experimental feature. More design/UX big updates are coming for filtering labels.
