A: In general, you can create unlimited documents for yourself. However, you cannot sell or pass our documents to the public or a third party.

Each DocPro account is limited to one member only. A member cannot share his/her DocPro account with other people. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we found to be in violation of DocPro’s terms and conditions.

DocPro owns the copyright of all the documents on its database. You are licensed to use the DocPro document created for your own use. You can share your document only with other parties of the document. However, you must not create documents for use by non-members, nor can you share documents with others with the intention of duplication the documents for the use by the non-members.

I get the gist of it, I cannot use my account to create /sell your contracts for the public. BUT, does "yourself" include the companies I create for example? Say Terms and Conditions, contracts etc? This is really important to virtually everyone here

Thank you for your question. You can definitely use our contracts for your own purposes or signing with a third party (so long you are also a party). That is what a business contract is for. We are trying to limit the reproduction of our documents to hundreds of different companies with just one account. Strictly speaking, each company should get its own account.
