Hi Pooja thanks for taking the time to respond. I gather that these are generic templates with fill in the blanks. Do you have a list of common clauses that can be added to said templates? It is tough for inexperienced people to understand what types of clauses even exist. Which is where a retained attorney can come in handy, but can't you simply provide common clauses with each template?

Hi Pooja, is there any type of founders agreements with roles, cliff period and vesting schedule with common clauses to address spousal consent, first right of refusal, non compete, exit/termination, 83b, etc.
