Q: Almost bought but have a question.

Is it true that Outlook (desktop app or O365) integration will only be available for the Ultimate plan? If it is then unfortunately this won't work for me. Thanks.

Docsify Growth I am having no luck trying to get an answer to my issue with attachments. when I forward an email with an attachment/s, which I do daily, the attachments do not get sent. When I look on my dashboard it shows a greyed out doc so, I assume that docsify thinks it has been sent but it definitely hasn't. The workaround is to download all attachments and then create a new email and upload attachments but this takes so much time it is unworkable. I have left a number of messages and chatted to llya who says "talking to tech guys about the time when that will be solved" and 5 days later I am still waiting for an answer. I ask for an update and get no response. Am I the only one struggling with this problem with the attachments? This is a great piece of software, with so much potential but as it stands it is unusable for me. PLEASE HELP - get this sorted for me.
I know that the deal is going away soon. I would love to get this, but I am still sitting on the fence, there are so many sumos reportings bugs. Can we have a guarantee from the developers that these bugs will be gone within a month?
I don't use Gmail, could it work with any other provider? any other solution?
