Q: Docsify Growth I am having no luck trying to get an answer to my issue with attachments.
when I forward an email with an attachment/s, which I do daily, the attachments do not get sent.
When I look on my dashboard it shows a greyed out doc so, I assume that docsify thinks it has been sent but it definitely hasn't.
The workaround is to download all attachments and then create a new email and upload attachments but this takes so much time it is unworkable.
I have left a number of messages and chatted to llya who says "talking to tech guys about the time when that will be solved" and 5 days later I am still waiting for an answer. I ask for an update and get no response.
Am I the only one struggling with this problem with the attachments?
This is a great piece of software, with so much potential but as it stands it is unusable for me.
PLEASE HELP - get this sorted for me.
