I left a review a while ago and I'm still enjoying it. I specifically like the way that you do not keep any data ( and a lot of the questions raised or features requested here would require you to do that). That makes it so much easier to get clients as otherwise, the platform needs to be audited especially when it comes to legal and commercial sensibilities.

i have some questions/requests based on my usage so far:

1. Customer support. Everyone here is saying good things but I've not had a response yet to any queries submitted via the chat channel online. Am I using the wrong method?

2. Sharable forms.
a - being able to embed them as a code snippet or white labelling them would be good (I don't want clients to see the tools I'm using). I'm currently iframing the shareable document (but right - clicking would reveal the source).
b - being able to split the form into part shareable and part "Office" would be good. I.e they can fill in details, but technical decisions that they might have no idea about (and need my legal knowledge) can be determined by me to complete the process and document generation.
c - I absolutely love the way you've set up some of the field types like drop-down and especially the fact a choice can generate different input into the document. So , for example, my client may not know what his registered number at company's house is. However, he does know the name of the company so he can choose eg XYZ Limited and 012345 will be inserted into the document. The issue I see with this (and one or two other field types) is that I cannot override the pre-created list and add in "other" details. That would be very helpful.
d - it would nice to be able to add other questions into the form which may not be relevant to the document directly but where that information is important to the person reviewing the document. For example, on an nda, information may be flowing one way, or both ways.
e - also the possibility of adding in descriptive paragraphs or headings so the form is more user friendly.
f - receiving the data entered in the current format by email (which is easy to see) and additionally as a CSV file (or other format) which can then be re-in input into a new form quickly in case a similar document needs doing in the future would be a great way to make it simpler to use especially for clients churning a lot of documents.

3. Templating
a - conditions. (I appreciate this is more work ). It would be nice to be able to create conditions ( EG is the company based in the United States - show /exclude if it is ) and then be able to highlight words, paragraphs or sections and apply that condition by right - clicking. This makes it much quicker and easier to template.

4. Limits
I'd still like higher limits. Ideally for current Tier 3, a hundred templates with the same 2500 generations and Tier 4 with 500 templates and 10,000 generations per month.
