You plan to be able to share in the form of html on the website.
It would be nice to be able to analyze
who opened the document, how long they stayed and on what pages.

It's not officially announced but we are allowing embeeding our shareable forms as iframe on websites then you can track it with your own analytics. It will come as official feature within next weeks.

Will it allow for the analysis of the document for a given recipient:
1) How long he looked at the document
2) What site did he stay on and how long did he stay there

Maybe I was unclear. We don't have analytics on shareable forms (other than form/document submission). My point is that you can put our shared forms on your website as iframe and then use external dedicated analytics tools to measure things you mentioned.
